After a number of successful loft projects and years of experience and collaboration with partner construction and architectural companies we decided to go public and create this website introducing the services we offer. Design and build We take care of the whole project from start to finish including advice, design, preparing architectural drawings and structural calculations, dealing with local authorities to obtain the required permissions and licenses for the building work. The actual work begins with installing a scaffold and finishes with the final inspection from building control and when the client is fully satisfied.

The service we provide includes design, material(excluding the bathroom suit), labour, management, plumbing and electrics including all the required certificates (Corgi for gas works, and NIC IC for electric works). The only fee you will need to pay separately would be the council fees.

Stage by stage - payments by stages. We do not charge large deposits before we start the work. We would rather work on stages and you will be paying for your loft/attic conversion throughout the workflow is continuous once it started with a final payment after the final inspection from Building control.
