Whether you are planning DIY you loft conversion or you have your own builders and you are intending to manage the work yourself we can Help! We work in close collaboration with MSK Design – a bespoke architectural studio with a wealth of experience in the field and proven architectural solutions .

We can undertake the architectural drawings, structural calculations and all the necessary dealings with the local authority (building control and planning office) so that before you start the actual work on your project you will know for sure that no unpleasant suppresses will occur during the work and the building control inspections.

Your plans will be approved by the local authorities and you can start work with confidence and another load off your mind. But if you meanwhile decide to go for building your loft conversion using our service we will deduct the cost of the architectural service from our price for the loft conversion.
